Database Design Concepts part 2

Task1B three distinct advantages concerning what a database management system provides to any organization

Here in the project of Fresh Burgers Now, we have used the relational database as this business  includes a lot of data and information which needs to be updated regularly and the data will increase daily. The data of Fresh Burgers Now is complex and is very large.
FreshBurgersNow currently has a large collection of raw data on its employees, registered customers, sales order, products, and so on; and data will be accessed concurrently by the employees to track down customer orders and delivery, as-well as for the owner of the franchise to decide on drastic business decisions.
The workers and franchise owner should be able to get quick answers about the raw data, make and apply quick changes to the data consistently and certain part of the data such as salaries should be restricted to the workers. To run a successful and efficient Burger business, data needs to be organized and electronically filed in a cabinet and its content managed by a collection of software programs to provide accessibility, speed, and accuracy to the data, without altering the features of the data. The collection of software programs, which also serve as an intermediary between users and the database, is called a database management system (DBMS). Using a database management system (DBMS) will help in keeping track of huge customers, service database, check sales and stock through real-time report determine the customers, and employee details, multi user capability, reduce operating expenses, as well as improve client relationship. The using relational database management system in this organization has many advantages; some of them are given below:
1.Data is stored once only: There are various advantages of this like we need not to change a lot of record in the database which is a very big relief to a database administrator. The information or data can be stored more efficiently and easily in the tables of the relational database. This makes every new user to get friendly with the database quickly and easily. This is a reason for using relational database in our database for Fresh Burgers Now. As in this business, very frequently the employees may change. The relational database will be very easy for them to learn quickly the effectively. It is very simple to add, delete and modify the data or information of the users in the tables of the relational database. If we change or modify the record of any table in the database, then the updating in all the records having a link between them will be done automatically in the relational database. This is a very big advantage of using a relational database as the administrator need to update the data in each and every table of the large and complex databases.
2.Complex queries can be easily fired: A very famous language structured query language (SQL) is used to fire the queries in the database. Now the question arises what is a need to use a query in the database. The query is used to easily add, delete and update the data or information of the user in the database. Also if the administrator or the manager of the company need to find out any specific data from the large and complex database, then instead of searching for the data in all the table, he can easily use a query and find out the data from the huge and complex database. The complicated queries can be easily used in the relational database to find out all the related data from all the tables in the database. In this project for Fresh Burgers Now we have also used various complex queries to find out some related data from all the links of the tables from the relational database.
3.Better security: In relational database, we can split our records in various tables andthe tables can be related to each other. Through splitting the data, we can give confidentiality to our tables from the unauthorized access. When any person logs in to the system by using the username and password, the system limits him to access the data due to unauthorized view. The user can see only those records whose view is authorized.
